A traditional Easter cake packed with gorgeous vine fruits and mixed spice with a layer of marzipan running through the centre.
The top of each cake has been hand decorated with eleven marzipan balls that represent the eleven true Apostles.

This is a traditional cake for Easter, but it makes a wonderful Spring treat whatever
the occasion.
