Here's a delightful new development by Ian and Luke at Hartland Pies. Three rather special One Pound (that's 454g in new money) Pies. There's a traditional Melton Mowbray Pork Pie, an especially tasty Pork and Chorizo Pie and a Pork & Stilton Pie which is very flavoursome indeed. The same care, craft and lovely crisp pastry as our 3lb Melton Mowbray Pork Pie in a smaller size with very appealing flavours. The perfect One Pound Pies?

Each pie comfortably serves 4. These pies can be frozen very successfully. The pastry will not be quite as crisp as a fresh pie but should still have a good "bite" and, of course, all the requisite flavours will be intact.
