Our very own Tuscan-style salami.

One of nature's little miracles! We take carefully selected cuts - shoulder, belly and back - of free-range pork, mince coarsely, add a little seasoning, fill into natural casings and then let the wonderful Shropshire air do its best for us. And, its best is very good indeed!

Our own-recipe Milano-style Classic Salami has a depth of flavour that surprises even us. Rich and warm with subtle hints of lazy days under the Tuscan sun. British pork and Shropshire air have worked their wonderful magic for your delectation.
