Super-succulent French Duck Confit.

Rich and tender free-range duck legs are slow cooked in the oven and then preserved in their own juices to encapsulate all the delicious flavour.

Reheat them in a pan until the skin is crisp and golden and serve them with flageolet beans, but they are equally delicious served with a nice garlicky mash or a green salad. Serves 2.

  • Contains 2 legs of duck that only need reheating
  • Will arrive with a good shelf life but you can freeze them if you wish
