I'm delighted to introduce you to Honey Baked Ham, the newest member of our ham family. I can't tell you the details of our secret recipe because, well, it wouldn't be a secret if I did, but suffice it to say that we use lashings of honey in the curing and baking to produce a tender, succulent and slightly sweeter ham that will look wonderful on your table. Not that it will be there for long because everyone will be back for seconds... and thirds.

I recommend that you freshen up the glaze by popping the entire ham in a reasonably hot oven (180°C in ours but yours may be different) for five minutes or so. If you have a half ham, please cover the open face with a sheet of baking parchment to stop the heat drying out the first slice.

  • Ideal for home freezing for up to 3 months
  • Leave hams in their vacuum packaging until you are ready to use them
