Once a familiar sight, the humble "Bacon Chop" has been given a new lease of life. A great family staple providing excellent value for money.

For our Bacon Chops we use top quality boneless pork backs, dry cure them and then slice them into medium-thick slices. Grill them or fry them for an instant retro classic.

This Freezer Pack includes approx. 12 chops in three individual packs.
