We can deliver your order on any day that suits you from Tuesday to Friday inclusive. Unfortunately we do not deliver at weekends or on Mondays.
All our products are sent to you fresh and securely packed by next working day delivery, except those parcels going to more remote destinations which may take a little longer. If in any doubt please speak to the customer services team on 0845 331 2516.
Your order will be delivered any time between 9am and 5.30pm on the day you have specified, unfortunately delivery is not guaranteed for any particular time during the day. It is therefore essential that, when ordering you provide instructions for the courier company should you happen to be out when your goods are delivered. This could be an alternative house number, or in a safe place on your property such as in your garage or porch. When ordering you could specify an alternative delivery address such as your workplace, holiday home or to a friend or neighbour if that proves to be more convenient. Please let us know as soon as possible if your order has not arrived within the time frame.

Currently orders over £60 (usually £90) with one delivery to one UK Mainland address £FREE.Delivery of an order over £90 (current offer reduces this to £60) to an address outside UK Mainland is charged at £12.
If your order is for a special occasion, please order in plenty of time and arrange delivery 24 hours before required. It is far better that it sits for a day or two in your fridge than a last minute panic!.
For "next-day" delivery, please place your order before 1pm so we have enough time to pack it and get it on its way to you. Should you place your order after 1pm, we will do our best to send it the same day, but may not be able to do so.If you don't know a Post Code for delivery, why not update your address book with the Post Code Help Line - 0906 302 1222, or their
website. Post Codes really help to speed up delivery.
We cannot deliver to PO Boxes and regret we are unable to send to overseas destinations.
Our products make excellent gifts throughout the year. We will be happy to forward your personal message. If you wish to send your own note or greeting card, please ensure it is enclosed with your order.
